EXTRA INFORMATION

A refundable security deposit of $1,900 will be collected at the time of reservation.

Minimum age to book is 25 years old. A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory. All properties are equipped with a Ring Doorbell located at the front door for easy access and security purposes, and non recording noise sensors located in the dining room and outside patio that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or conversations). 

-Baby amenities such as a high chair and pack 'n play are available upon request for an additional fee, along with other baby gear to make your stay even more comfortable.

🚫 Unauthorized animals are not allowed. A fine of $550 will apply if a pet is found on the property without prior approval.

 NON SMOKING properties. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking is detected. We have smoke detectors in place that alert us to cigarette and marijuana smoke indoors. You will be fined and asked to leave with no refund of remaining nights.
